Queer Marriage Ceremonies

The goal for this blog is to be a tool for couples planning a ceremony. For our "queer" wedding we found no books or sites with queer-inclusive vows. This is a forum for the Queer Community to create Traditions & Meaning for our public declarations of Love & Commitment. As a project for "Queer Theories Queer Praxes" @ Mills College (Oakland, California) I want examine the words we use to create ceremonies & answer: Why do queer couples want a ceremony & how do they “queer” marriage?
